
If in the unfortunate event something goes wrong with your Cosatto product, we will do all we can to repair it. Failing that, we will replace it. Overall, we want to make the whole process as painless as possible for you.

- The best way to make a claim is to e-mail us quoting your guarantee reference no. (if you have one) and providing a detailed account of the problems you're having.
In general, the more information you supply, the easier it will be for us to help you.
- A few digital photo shots would be helpful as a picture speaks a thousand words.
- Please also send us your contact details. We will try to get back to you the same day, or the next business day (we're open normal office hours).

The first things we will need to do is work out whether we can solve your product quickly by sending you a spare part - usually the easiest for everyone.
If not, we may need to get your product back to us for a repair at one of our Cosatto service centres. We can't provide loan products during that week - sorry. Usually, if a Cosatto repair is required, we will turn the whole thing round within one week.
We will collect the product from your home or your place of work - wherever is most convenient. Once the product is repaired, we will deliver it back to you too. Please see the Terms and Conditions for more details.
