Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it I absolutely love Cosatto and had to get the parasol to finish it off. However. I don’t know if it’s me or the actual flexibility of it. The bottom piece doesn’t move at all which makes it awkward for positioning.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Poor clamp - easy fix! Looks like this wasn't tested very effectively across the Cosatto range or the materials were swapped between design and production... The rubber used in the clamp doesn't generate enough friction between the Giggle2's frame and clamps teeth. Luckily this is an easy fix as your good old friend Gaffer tape is a great material to fix this. Just wrap some around the place on the frame you want the clamp for the parasol attached and then two pieces on either side of the inside of the jaws of the clamp so effectively you're pressing gaffer tape on gaffer tape as you tighten the clamp this makes it a much stronger and stops it wobbling off in use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great sun umbrella I got this a few weeks back to match my granddaughters pram hopefully we have the sun to use it.but saying that it's got a handle to change it into a umbrella so I'm sure she will get lots of use out of it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Lovely matching parasol This parasol has been a lifesaver in the recent excellent weather. It took a bit of getting used to in terms of manoeuvring it, but it attaches well to the pram and can be easily tightened. There are two bendable bits on the parasol itself, along with three positions it can be set at on the clamp part itself. It comes in two pieces which attach onto the clamp. My only complaint is that, when dismantled, one of the two pieces is a bit big to fit in the basket under my giggle travel system.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Perfect parasol, not so perfect fit I bought this parasol last week. I was very impressed with how quickly it arrived (less than 24 hours from ordering) and the contact from Cosatto. Some of the reviews mention that the mechanism does not fit tightly to the chassis. I found this to be the case too; it was quite wobbly when walking. I have used a strip of non-slip matting between the chassis and the mechanism and now it fits tightly without any wobble!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Lovely design We bought this in the hope we’d have some sun! The design is fantastic and it finishes off the pram with the added bonus that it will turn into an umbrella once our little girl is bigger! Only downside is that the bit that attaches to the pram works itself loose.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Looks great, works fine, inflexible to attach I'm overall very happy with this parasol. It can be attached to the pram or a handle for carrying which both – changing between these works well by screwing and unscrewing the respective end. However the pram attachment is fairly inflexible: 1) it can be fixed to the frame by way of a screw (much like drink holders or the like) but this is not very tight and a bit wobbly (much like drink holders), even more so as a parasol on a long pole has quite some leverage especially in windy conditions. 2) this means if you need to change the side of the pram it's attached to (which can happen quite a lot unless you only walk straight ahead) you need to unscrew the parasol and then rescrew it on the other side which can be a bit cumbersome after a while. 3) the pram attachment allows rotating the parasol front or back (so it's lower or higher up) but not sideways which means it can't be moved into the right position maybe 25% of the time. The shaft looks like it bends and then stays in that position but it doesn't.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good and bad.. I bought this parasol because it matches my pram. It had 50% off so it was £20, instead of £40. If I had paid full price, I really wouldn't be happy. While it looks great, it doesn't clamp on to the pram tightly enough, so I spend a lot of time trying to rearrange it and reposition it. This becomes very annoying.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not as expected I have the wow pushchair bundle and love it, so bought the parasol for the nicer weather. It does it’s job however, the attachment isn’t great, and is not secure, have to keep on reattaching and tightening all the time, and to attach to the handle you have to extend the handle, which isn’t great with me being 5ft short I need the handle on the lowest setting. When attached to the hood part of the carry cot it also isn’t secure. I have given 3 stars as I love the pattern and the quality of materials is great, but is a mess about keeping it secure.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Wobbly Lovely colours but like a lot of reviewers on here I am struggling to find anywhere where it grips properly and the umbrella is too heavy for its ‘arm’ I have had a few other parasols over the years and most have the same problem, I had hoped by buying the parasol that is specifically for my pushchair (giggle) that it would be better. I’m just glad I only paid half price otherwise I would be sending it back

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Lovely umbrella but.... Lovely umbrella, but the instructions of where to put it on the pram are hard to know where’s best, also always comes loose on the clip so falls off, or moves really easily. So the slightest little breeze and it’s off

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Bit disappointing given the price I bought this parasol to match my cosatto giggle 2 pram. Whilst it looks great it’s a pain to use. It’s almost like the top umbrella part is too heavy for the pole. I constantly find my self tightening the attachment that holds the parasol to the pram. As soon as you adjust the stick to shield the baby from the soon it either springs back or wobbles the securing attachment off the pram. I bought this when there was 50% off I’d have been really annoyed if I paid full price!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Lovely design I love the look of the parasol, but the clamp that attached to the pram doesn’t hold properly and is a bit flimsy. It often falls down after been clamped into place and when repositioning it doesn’t really hold.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Lovely design and well made shade/rain fabric Lovely parasol, fabulous design. My little boy enjoys taking to the fox and the mountains. The only let down is the the clip to attach it to pram. It slips off very easy as it’s plastic gripping shiny metal. We’ve had to insert some rubber in between to get a better grip.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Love the colour, difficult to attach :( Great design and matches the fjord giggle perfectly, does not seem to have the umbrella fixture that I have seen in the picture and looks like it is the usual clamp on parasols, however this does not attach to the pram. Please help!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great addition for pram but not the sturdiest This isn’t a bad parasol and does the job when you eventually get it in the right place but can be a bit wobbly. I don’t know if it’s the design but we find ourselves having to alter it quite a bit or hold it sometimes

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Lovely design but not a good fit to the pram I bought this to match my Wow. I love the design and that it can turn into an umbrella for when the child is older. However I don't feel it fits very well and moves a lot so I am constantly having to re-adjust it. It is rather expensive for what it is considering it doesn't stay in place properly.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Lovely parasol...loose fitting I bought this product for my Cosatto Wow Foxtale pushchair. The fitting instructions are very vague and every place I seem to try and fit the product it slips off the frame after a few minutes of walking. Sl

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Hard to attach securely It looks nice but it’s doesn’t hold in position and slips down. It’s also difficult to position. I got it at 50% off so it’s ok, but would have sent it back if I had paid the full price of £40

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor and doesn't stay up. Purchased this to go with my Wow travel system, which we have now had for a year and love. Really disappointed that it doesn't stay attached to the frame so not great for keeping my little one out of the shade.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not great... Like the design and the fact that it can be converted into a mini umbrella for older children but the clamp is completely useless and doesn’t hold it tight at all. It’s not too bad when pram is stationary to give some shade when baby is sleeping, but when walking along it’s difficult to manoeuvre it so it’s not in your way without the whole thing falling off. Bought specifically from Cosatto to go on my giggle quad too so not too impressed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Really not that impressed I love Cosatto’s designs and needed a parasol to go with my Giggle 3. I purchased this when on offer... and I’m glad it was on offer, else I’d be sending it back. As many others have said, it really isn’t very secure and this is a big issue with the product. Very disappointing.
