Our Care and Valeting Service gives your Cosatto Travel System a proper spruce up, with a full safety check, service, steam clean, polish and deodorise so it’s bright as a button. Quick pit stop. Then get back out there. We even pick it up for you.
Baked beans baked in? Yoghurt got yucky? If it's all gone a bit fromage frais, you know what to do.

Give your pram the care it deserves with our comprehensive service package. We'll collect your pram directly from your home or workplace, carry out a detailed inspection, complete any necessary maintenance, and return it ready for more adventures.

Full Health Check
We'll thoroughly inspect:
· Harness system, including buckle operation, fabric condition and fixings
· Brake function and engagement mechanism
· Wheels, tyres and swivel locks
· Handle height adjustment and release mechanisms
· Folding mechanism and locking systems
· Seat unit and carrycot attachment points
· Hood frame, clips and locking mechanisms
· All zips and fastenings on soft goods
Service & Maintenance
Our technicians will:
· Replace damaged wheels, tyres or swivel locks*
· Check, repair or replace brakes where required
· Re-lubricate and test handle adjustment mechanisms
· Re-lubricate folding mechanisms and tighten fixings
· Check and adjust seat recline functions
· Inspect and replace harness components if required*
· Lubricate all moving parts
· Check hood functionality and replace components if required*
· Test all zips and replace where required*
· Complete any minor repairs identified during inspection***

Chassis Deep Clean
Our valet team will:
· Steam clean and sanitise the chassis
· Remove dirt and debris from wheels and brake components
· Apply tyre shine and wheel protection treatment
· Clean leather handles
· Replace missing chassis badges where available*
Fabric Refresh
We'll carefully:
· Remove appropriate fabrics from the chassis
· Steam clean and sanitise fabrics
· Treat visible staining where possible**
· Complete a full drying process
· Replace damaged fabrics where required and available*
· Clean and nourish bumper bar leather
· Neutralise unwanted odours
· Refit all fabrics and components

Our technicians will check your travel system before work begins.
If any repairs or spare parts are needed that are not covered under warranty, our Cuddle Crew will let you know before anything is carried out.

If major repairs or spare parts are required, our Cuddle Crew will advise costs before any work is carried out.
We aim to return any such items within a maximum of 5 working days from the date they are received at our warehouse.
Our team will dispatch the protective boxes to you for your to package up ready for collection.
You will receive automated email updates confirming when your travel system has been received by our Service Centre and again when it has been dispatched back to you. You will also receive DPD tracking notifications, allowing you to track the progress of your shipment throughout the process.
Once your booking has been reviewed, we'll send you a secure PayPal payment link. As soon as payment has been received, we'll arrange collection of your travel system.
No problem. You don't need a PayPal account to make payment. Simply follow the payment link and choose the option to check out as a guest using your debit or credit card.
At the moment, payments can only be made via PayPal. However, if you're experiencing any issues making payment, please contact the Cuddle Crew through our Contact Us page and we'll be happy to help.
