We’re looking for a digital marketing superstar to join our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate would be someone with a proven track record in the field, preferably from within the nursery or consumer products industry. The Digital Trading Manager will be the overall owner of our primary UK B2B customers’ digital trading performance. You will be responsible for managing and optimising our presence, our digital marketing calendar new product launches, any seasonal, web, promo, and product campaigns across our larger digital customer’s websites. Working in conjunction with our Key Account Sales team, you will play a crucial role in aligning our content with our own website, the latest best practice and our customers’ own needs. You will provide insights and recommendations to improve the experience of consumers buying Cosatto through our B2B retailers; and ultimately improve Cosatto’s visibility, brand experience and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Trading Performance:Own and optimise the digital trading performance of primary UK B2B customers.
- Content Management: Manage content requirements at the product, category and campaign levels, ensuring alignment with our own and customer channels.
- Campaign Management: Maintain the digital marketing calendar and ensure accurate, on-time delivery of campaigns.
- Create Opportunities: Identify ways to grow existing product and category sales through data analysis, and market research.
- Market Analysis: Conduct regular reviews of UK web search within the baby & nursery industry and share actionable insights.
- Product Development Support: Provide support to the product development team using insights from B2B customers.
- Content Audits: Perform monthly content audits with recommendations to improve B2B2C consumer experience.
- Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly internal reports.
- Problem Solving: Conduct “deep dives” to identify and address areas needing development, proactively identifying solutions.

- Category Expertise: Comfortable mixing solid data with feedback to be a category expert. (Preferred)
- Consumer Trends Knowledge: Strong knowledge of consumer trends and online shopper behaviour. (Preferred)
