Simply contact our customer services team, within 30 days of your baby arriving, who will be able to help you with all the necessary information for the return shipment. You can also let us know if you would prefer a credit to your payment source, or another Cosatto product to the same value.

We request that you keep the original packaging handy so that wherever possible, all products are returned in their original packaging, with all components and accessories. Please note if you are returning a Bedside Crib we do not require the mattress in line with safe sleeping guidelines.
