What do I need to register my product?

Once you have created your account go to the guarantee's section and register your products. You will need:

-The date of your purchase

-The product you have purchased

-The place of purchase/ retailer

-Batch reference (on the back of your orange booklet) and Order reference/ Receipt number.

Where do I find my batch reference?

The batch reference is on a white label that is usually obscured from view. It’s a week number followed by a year such as 41/2018.

How can I check if I have an account?

We  have recently changed the site so you might need to activate your account on the new system. Don’t worry though, your guarantee will still be registered.

We have sent you an email with a link to activate your account. Please also double check your spam folder for any emails from the cuddle email noted below. If you’re struggling to find the email, don’t worry. Just email cuddle@cosatto.com and we’ll activate it for you.
